1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Karmkar.in (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all associated services, including the purchase of courses, access to learning materials, submission of assignments, and booking of consultation calls (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Services.

2. Course Access and Payment

2.1 Course Fee
    • Access to the pilot project courses is granted upon payment of a one-time, non-refundable fee of ₹ 1500 (“Course Fee”).

    • This single fee grants you access to all [Number, e.g., 6] courses currently offered in the pilot project.

2.2 Payment Processing
    • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

    • We are not liable for any issues or failures arising from the payment gateway.

2.3 Refund Policy
    • Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access granted upon purchase, the Course Fee of ₹ 1500 is strictly non-refundable after the payment transaction is completed and course access has been granted.

3. Account and User Obligations

3.1 Account Security
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Prohibited Use
    • You agree not to share your course access, materials, login credentials, or proprietary information with any third party.

    • Any unauthorized distribution or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Course Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership
    • All course materials, modules, videos, documents, assignments, and challenges (“Course Content”) are the property of Karmkar.in and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    • Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Course Content solely for your personal educational use.

4.2 Assignment and Portfolio Work
    • Any assignment you submit, including text, videos, or documents, remains your intellectual property.

    • By submitting an assignment, you grant Karmkar.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and share the final, approved version of your assignment as part of a public “Job Portfolio” on a dedicated page for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless you explicitly notify us in writing to opt-out of public sharing.

5. Assignment Submission and Grading

5.1 Submission Requirements
    • All assignments must be submitted through the designated submission portal (Forminator form embedded in the lesson).

    • Assignments must be submitted in the required file formats (PDF, DOCX, MP4, etc.) as specified in the lesson.

5.2 Rework Cycle
    • Assignments will be reviewed and graded by the instructor.

    • If an assignment is marked for Rework, the student must revise the work based on instructor feedback and re-submit using the designated submission method. The instructor reserves the right to determine the number of necessary rework cycles before final approval.

6. One-on-One Consultation Calls

6.1 Booking and Availability
    • One-on-one video call booking is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the integrated third-party scheduling tool (Calendly).

    • Booking slots are subject to the instructor’s availability, as displayed on the scheduling calendar.

6.2 Cancellation
    • Students must cancel or reschedule a call at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the booking slot.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Us
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of course content or fraudulent activity.

7.2 Effect of Termination
    • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and no refund will be issued.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat.
