About the Founder
Vrushali spent close to a decade working across public relations, publishing, and brand management, in London, Oxford, and India — before starting Karmkar.
She’s worked inside agencies, startups, and international firms. She knows what good work looks like, what clients actually expect, and what the gap feels like when someone walks in talented but unprepared.
That gap is what Karmkar is built to close.

Will this actually help me get a better job, or is it just another certificate?
Karmkar does not sell certificates. It builds a portfolio. By the end of any course, you have real work samples, pieces you wrote, content you created, projects you completed. That is what hiring managers and clients ask to see. The certificate is a byproduct. The portfolio is the point.
I already have a job. Do I have time for this?
The courses are designed for people who are already working. There are no fixed class timings. You learn at your own pace. Most learners complete assignments in 45–60 minutes per session. If you can find one focused hour on weekdays, you can finish a course.
How is this different from just watching YouTube tutorials?
YouTube gives you information. Karmkar gives you a structure that ends in proof of work. Watching a video does not produce a portfolio piece. Completing a Karmkar assignment does. The gap between knowing something and being able to show you can do it is exactly what Karmkar closes.
Do I need any prior experience or qualifications?
No. The only requirement is that you are serious about building a skill. If you have never written a word of professional content or edited a single video, you can still start. The courses begin from zero and build up. What you need is not experience, it is the willingness to do the work.
