By the end of this course, you will have 5 real writing samples, a LinkedIn client-finding system, and the ability to pitch your first paid writing project.

We spent months figuring out what actually gets someone from “I have no experience” to “I got hired,” and it’s not more lectures. It’s doing the real work, from scratch, with room to get it wrong before it’s an actual job on the line. That’s what this course is built on.

This one was specifically co-created with Mukti Masih, who’s spent 16 years writing, with the principle “Write Drunk, Edit Sober.” Together, we put ourselves in your shoes while creating this entire process, where you learn, get feedback, and improve.

This isn’t a pre-recorded course you disappear into. Every piece you write gets direct, personal feedback from Mukti, not an AI, not a TA.

FAQ

What’s it actually like getting feedback from Mukti?

Direct and specific, not “good job, keep going.” She edits her own writing a full day after drafting it, specifically so she can spot the fluff with fresh eyes, and she’ll do the same with yours. Expect real notes on what to cut and why, not just encouragement.

I’ve never written professionally. Will I actually be able to keep up?

That’s exactly the gap this course is built to close. Most beginners’ biggest mistake isn’t grammar, it’s copying the structure of whatever they’re reading instead of thinking about who’s actually going to read their piece and why. That’s the first thing you’ll practice, starting in Module 1.
